Pre-Development and Funding Support Services

Site and Building Design

- Construction Services: Observation for conformance with design intent; submittal review, RFI’s and clarifications, change orders, review of payment requests, punch lists, certificate of substantial completion, final payment and closeout; nine and twelve month inspections
